Our team was thrilled to attend the 5th annual TwitchCon this past September in San Diego. We headed to the San Diego Convention Center to meet and mingle with the 25,000 attendees. Earlier this year, we announced our partnership with Twitch, and this was the perfect event to meet the newest members of the Teespring community!
Endgame Streetwear merch represented at TwitchCon 2019
Streamers and fans alike gathered to attend industry talks, meet and greets and see the variety of installations from top brands. We took the opportunity to let people know about the exciting new Teespring Twitch extension that enables people to seamlessly sell merch on Twitch while steaming.
Fullscreen TwitchCon party
Teespring proudly sponsored and attended the Fullscreen TwitchCon party. Fullscreen is one of the world’s leading multi-channel networks and aims to grow social audiences of brands and talent—many of whom stream on Twitch.
The rooftop party was hosted at the Hard Rock Cafe and over 200 guests attended, including some biggest names in the streaming industry. Guests enjoyed amazing views of downtown San Diego and Tijuana across the Mexican border during the event. In the Rockstar Suite there was a selection of food and drinks for guests to enjoy, as well as a DJ who provided music throughout the evening. The party was a huge success, with guests making some great new industry connections and having a full-on dance party that went late into the night.
We caught up with Tim Thompson, Creator Marketing at Fullscreen after the party and he said, “Creating a space at TwitchCon this year for some of the top gaming talent, industry friends, and brand partners was really important for us here at Fullscreen. It was awesome teaming up with Teespring to host over 200 guests this year to enjoy some drinks, snacks, music, and epic rooftop views of San Diego. We love helping connect the community like this and we can’t wait to keep doing more events like this!”
Check out some of the photos from the party below to see if you recognize any familiar faces! 😉
