I’ve tried to add hats to multiple already active campaigns and they always come back denied. Is there a reason for this and I’ve tried to make less detailed shirts for hats and they still get denied. Is the only way to design a hat is through the template? If so I can not open the template how or what do I need to do to make the template option work? any help would be greatly appreciated.
