One common misconception about Teespring is that you can only run limited-edition campaigns. False! Teespring lets you set up storefronts as a permanent home for your merchandise, allowing your fans to purchase your stuff 24/7/365 (note: you can also do this without setting up a storefront).
Here’s why you should consider setting up a storefront:
- It’s a great way to spotlight you and your brand
- You can customize your storefront with your logo and a full-screen banner image
- Teespring’s shopping cart will encourage fans to purchase multiple designs in one quick click
How do I create a storefront?
After you log into your Teespring account, look for the “Storefronts” tab:
What banner size do you recommend?
Your banner should be a landscape image that’s at least 460 pixels tall; 980 x 460 pixels is a good banner dimension. The width of the banner will adjust automatically based on the viewer’s device.
How do I make my campaigns last forever?
After you log into Teespring, click on the “Campaigns” tab. Then, click on the gear icon next to any of your active campaigns, which will take you to campaign settings. Once you’re there, select the option for continuous relaunch:
Note that continuous relaunch is available to all Teespring campaigns, regardless of whether you put them in a storefront.
How often should I relaunch my campaign?
If a campaign relaunches every 10 days, it means that Teespring will print and ship all the orders placed within that 10-day period. You can set the duration anywhere between 3 and 21 days but we recommend choosing a shorter duration, so your buyers don’t have to wait too long to receive their orders. Teespring data says that buyers who have to wait a long time are much less likely to buy from you again, which is no bueno!
Will you print my design even if there’s only one order?
Yes! As long as you have high-quality artwork, we will print and ship your order (even if there’s only one).
This looks great! Is there an embed code, or a Storefront widget I can embed on my SquareSpace site?
Are there any plans for SquareSpace integration (or does that already exist and I missed it)?
Hey Artemio – no way to embed this yet. Some people add a mockup image to their website/blog page and hyperlink the image to their Teespring listing so people can order.
Can past “Ended” campaigns be added to my storefront and become Active again?
Hey Elisabeth – campaigns should be active if you’d like to add the products to your store. Otherwise buyers won’t be able to purchase the products.
There is no “lifecycle” tab anymore? Unless there is and I missed it. Where can I find it?
Hey Kieran, we have removed the lifecycle tab in favor of campaigns that last as long as you want!
Hi, Erica, although I haven’t added an end date to my listings, they automatically deactivate after three days. It’s very frustrating to manually relaunch them every three days, as I’m sure you can imagine. I have tried emailing [email protected], but it seems I have the email address wrong, because all I receive is an “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” message. Can you help? Thanks! 🙂
Hi MJ, I apologize for the trouble! Please e-mail [email protected]—it looks like you just forgot an “s”!
Can I know how many storefronts I can create? Is there any amount limitation for it?
Hey there, tentatively there are no limitations to the number of storefronts you can create.
Can a customer link from one storefront to another or do they have to enter another URL to move to a different storefront.
Hello! Are you asking how a shopper can find several of your stores? Currently there isn’t a way to search stores on the site. You could try linking to each one from social media / email or whatever promotional method you’re using. If a shopper is in your store they can search the marketplace for more of your products, and once they land on a listing, click the store that product is linked to as well.
I’m sorry, this isn’t clear enough. I cannot even find the campaigns tab. I keep having to relaunch my listings, i just want them to be up permanently. Very unfriendly user interface to be quite honest.
Hey there! We’ve given our dashboard a glow-up. The “campaigns” tab is now named “listings”. 🙂 Hope that helps!
Hey there! Our dashboard now has an improved look 🙂 “Campaigns” is exactly the same- but the tab is now named “Listings”.
HI, now that the option for lifecycle and continuously relaunch campaigns is no longer there, how do we ensure our listings don’t have to keep being relaunched? Do we just not set an end date? Because when I do so, the timer on the listing page still shows it will end in one day. Is that just to create a sense of urgency for buyers or will the campaign actually end in one day?
Hey. This functionality is still there. Go into Listings on your dashboard, then next to the listing, click the “settings” gear icon. You can change the length of your campaign there.
