10 ways Teespring’s new launcher will revolutionize the way you sell globally

Over the last several months the Teespring Team has been hard at work making significant improvements to the way our community creates and sells products. With this new launcher update, we aim to simplify the launch process, save you valuable time, expand our future product offering, and give buyers an optimized shopping experience when they visit your listings. We’re still in the early stages of testing but so far we’ve found international shoppers are 2x more likely to purchase on global listings compared to non-global listings!

Below we’ll discuss some of the immediate benefits this update offers sellers. Keep in mind the list below applies to new listings created with the new launcher. In the coming weeks, we’ll release additional updates to continue improving seller and buyer experience on Teespring. Learn how to create global listings in this demo video.

1) More products, more money!

Now you can add as many products and colors as you want—gone are the days of the 15 product limit! Easily combine apparel, accessories, and home products within your listings. You can offer all product types too…even ones that weren’t compatible in the past (like adult + children’s products). Also, the resizing issue some sellers experienced when combining certain product types (with smaller printable areas) is a thing of the past!

2) Fresh new mockups

Teespring product mockups are getting an update too! Based on your feedback it’s clear that shoppers prefer flat product mockups. From now on all upper-body apparel created in the new launcher (such as t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, etc.) will feature our new flat-lay mockups.

3) Goin’ global

Global products save you valuable time and effort by removing the necessity to create separate EU and US listings. These products can be fulfilled within the EU or US—the fulfillment region is determined by the buyer’s location. We’re planning to continue expanding the number of global product options in the launcher so keep an eye out for updates.

Look for the globe icon to identify global products in the launcher

4) Worldwide domination

You can easily identify global listings within the “Products” section of your dashboard. If you see a globe icon next to a listing (under “Region”) this means it offers global products.

You can identify global listings within the ‘Products’ section of your Teespring Account

5) Selling around the world

Adding global products to your listings creates an optimized shopping experience for buyers. Global listings automatically display the best shipping rates and delivery timelines based on each buyer’s location. This update should help boost listing performance—during testing we found European shoppers are 2x more likely to purchase on global listings compared to non-global listings!

6) Get Boosted!

Creating global products increases your total number of eligible products that can be added to the Boosted Network. Now you’ll have the chance to benefit from more Boosted Network listings without having to spend extra time creating products for multiple regions. Don’t forget if your listing is intended for a specific language market (like French) we still recommend optimizing your listings with translations.

7) The price is right

Another improvement the new launcher offers is the ability to customize profit per region during listing creation. By default, the profit will be similar for global products (EU + US) and you can easily adjust the selling price displayed for both regions.

8) Variety is the spice of life

Not only can you offer products with unique designs in one listing, you can now add additional designs during launch too! Select “Add More Products” during listing setup and add your unique design for each product type. If you’re listing is already live you can use the “Add to existing listing” option as well. Keep in mind you can’t add different designs for the same product type (for example, two unisex shirts with two different designs), but you can add different designs for different product types (see example of unisex shirt and ladies tee below). Use your listings to sell matching products to couples, friends, parents/kids, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and more—the possibilities are endless!

Example of custom ‘his and her’ t-shirts

9) All it takes is one!

In December 2017 we took the first steps to removing the ‘goal’ concept from Teespring. Moving forward you’ll notice there are no selling goals associated with listings created in the new launcher. If you sell one product the order will go to print. It’s as simple as that!

10) It’s all about timing

Teespring has become a platform where people can sell products that are always available…and when the community shared feedback that the “End Time” countdown timer located in the “Products” section of seller accounts was a bit confusing we agreed! From now on you’ll notice a new “Next Print” section instead. “Next Print” indicates the time when current orders on your listing will go to print (print cycle).

  • All products created in the new launcher will automatically be set to three-day print cycles and will always be available for purchase.
  • If you want to offer products for a limited time you can do this by updating your listing’s lifecycle settings after launch. Learn more.
  • If there are no orders placed when the timer ends it will reset to three days and start counting down again.
  • Don’t forget print cycles won’t end on the weekends, so we may add extra days to the print cycle to ensure it doesn’t end on Friday, Saturday or Sunday—keep in mind orders will still be delivered within the correct timeframe.
  • You can choose to remove or add the countdown timer to all of your listings within your account setting as shown below.

Absolutely brilliant. You’ve added everything I wanted. I hope I get beta’d, but if not I shall wait with bursting excitement of the roll out.

    1. David Friedman says:

anyone having trouble centering lettering in middle of tshirts?
i do use the is crosshairs but when I hit preview ts not centered?!

      1. Jennifer W. says:

I’m having the same problem. There is more fabric on the right side in the display.

      2. AngelShantelle Borland says:

yes I dislike the whole format now

      3. Dwight says:

Mine can’t be centered neither so I just went back to the Classic Version.

        1. Mr. G says:

How do you go back to the Original Version??

          1. Summer says:

I am sorry to just see this and hopefully you have had your question answered by now. To get back to the classic launcher, all you have to do is click the link below CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT. It is very light and says Switch to the classic launcher. This is located above then die cut sticker. If you are concerned about items not being centered this is not an issue, the item prints centered. The item appears uncentered because the shirt looks more realistic, like relaxed, or tossed. But the item prints centered. I noticed the same thing when starting in the new launcher but trust me, the customers aren’t as nutty as us designers and they will likely view the item as centered. They’re eyes are on The prize, your design. So as long as your artwork is centered on your end, Teespring has it covered and you can continue to work fasten the new launcher. Hopefully this help, have a great day1

      4. Beverly Jones says:

Yes, I try to move or re-size it…and it blows up so big. But will not let me edit after that.

Hey Beverly, please email [email protected] for assistance!

  4. Patrick says:

    There is no more artwork?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

We’ve removed the clipart tool in the new launcher. We found that text-based or graphics based designs perform much better compared to designs created with clipart.

      1. Wade Firnhaber says:

So why wouldn’t you leave it up to the designer? Give us options. Bring it back please +1.

        1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Wade, you can choose to continue to use the old launcher underneath the “choose your products” heading in the new launcher.

      2. Camden says:

I would really love the option of clip art again. The design we used for our homeschool group can no longer be duplicated. Super disappointed.

      3. Chanda says:

I am having difficulty adding simple art…all the clip art I add you all take it down stating…copyright concerns…so how do I add art to my tees? Because no art us popping up under your new text or image selections. Please bring back clip art.

        1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Chandra, you will have to provide your own designs or create text designs in our Teespring launcher.

    2. Mandy says:

Im new on here as of today but i will be asking to provide some detailed artwork to use they can maybe buy my art n ill sell tshirt on my site with my art

    Thanks a lot

  9. Ambika says:

    Hi there
I have an question that can we share our design directly to Amazon?

  10. Brandon says:

Can we still donate to charities? I’ve looked through the Launcher and post creation settings, and haven’t found the charity list.

      1. Anth says:

This doesn’t really answer the question. I don’t see anywhere in the new launcher where to indicate a charity without having to email TeeSpring.

  11. Sujay chatterjee says:

How do I get the launcher ?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

I’ll add your name to beta request list.

      1. Stephen says:

Please I’ll like to be on the requests list too

      2. iheartmanipulations says:

Please I’d love to be added too, been waiting patiently for this but it’s taking longer than I thought it would.

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

You’re on the list. Hoping to activate soon.

          1. Rick Curran says:

Hi, could I be added to the beta too please?

          2. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Rick, the “new launcher” is now the default and all users have been added. Thanks!

          3. The Predictor says:

            What about me?

          4. Melanie R says:

Am I on the list? I emailed a while ago

  12. MARCO says:

I dnt like the new way to design shirts because I can no longer put my graphics on the back of neck .. and you can’t stretch the image vertically so its difficult unless you design in a template.. you guys would have been better off adding print location.. Side an top of hoodie .. sleeves of hoodies, sweater and long sleeves .. back of neck logos.. short sleeve logos .. would be better than flags beach towels and tote bags

    1. Wade Firnhaber says:

I agree!!! They need to go back to the old launcher, NOT backwards!

    2. Logan Domm says:

YESSSS!! More printable areas would have been nice!

  13. ARK says:

I still didn’t get the update..
    when I’m gonna get??
    I’m waiting eagerly.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Ark! We’re opting in people little by little, I’ll submit your email for beta access.

      1. Josh Potter says:

please remove my access to the beta testing….I like the old designer much better

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Josh – I’ll put in a request to remove you. I’ve collected feedback from beta users and we’ll fix some of the issues you were experiencing.

          1. Kass says:

.I also like the old designer much better, can you please remove my access to the beta testing?
            Thank you!

          2. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Kass, the new launcher is now completely live and the new default. Thanks for your patience!

          3. Emma says:

I’m having a hard time designing anything with the new site. I much preferred the old version.

          4. Ken Ritz says:

Can I go back to the old designer with the clip art?

          5. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Ken, you can still use the old launcher after launching the new one and selecting the arrow under the “choose your products” heading. However, clip art will no longer be available. Thanks!

          6. Yasmine Sawyer says:

Can you remove my access as well? I find it rather limited to use the new launcher. The classic version is much better to use with more options.

          7. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Yasmine, you can choose to use either launcher you like. When opening the Teespring launcher, you will see a “switch to classic launcher” arrow underneath the “choose your product” section.

        2. Kass says:

          me too

  14. MICHAEL E. HILL says:

I, like you’re Ideas, Ethics, Plans, GROWTH.

  15. Umer says:

It is an exciting news and the new launcher seems very good for the sellers. But I have a question about the campaigns that are already launched. Will we be able to edit the existing campaigns with the new launcher? I mean due to the limitation of colors I have to launch two or more campaigns of the same design, will I be able to edit these campaigns so that all of the products show under a single campaign?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Umer! These features can only be applied to listings created in the NEW launcher. This means you’ll need to create new listings once you’ve gotten access. Yes – with the new launcher there are no product or color limits. 🙂

      1. Umer says:

Oh. So it means I will have to stop uploading new designs and wait until I get the update. Can you please put me on the list for beta access.
        Thank you.

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

I’ve added you to beta request list – we’ll start adding more people once we’ve fixed a bug we’ve discovered.

      2. Ashley says:

Hi Kate. I had a few questions.
If sellers are not able to edit existing campaigns with the new launcher, is it possible to turn existing campaigns into global listings?
If we are not able to edit a campaign with the new launcher, how will we be able to do so if we need to make a change in the future?
Also, I still haven’t gotten the update yet. Could I please be added to the list for beta access? Thanks.

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

          1) Not yet – but soon!
          2) See above
          3) I’ll add you to the beta list – we’re fixing a bug first before adding new users so it may take a week or so.

  16. clothes says:

That is a great tip especially to those fresh to the blogosphere.
Brief but very precise information… Thank you for sharing this one.
    A must read article!

I’ve added you to beta request list – we’ll start adding more people once we’ve fixed a bug we’ve discovered.

  19. Keith says:

The new designer is missing features.
1- The t-shirt is visibly to small to design on when scaling. Can barely see what you’re doing because the pointer and icons get in the way.
2- Wha happened to the intregated art uploads you guys had to choose from the teespring art?
3- You can’t git rid of the backound on the art uploaded. The push behind/forward feature is missing.
4 – The text fonts should be put back into categories like before so the user doesn’t have to keep scrolling down just to scroll all the way back up because the choice font was missed.
5 – The original looking T-shirts like the ones you now have in the “Create and buy your won shirt” looks a lot better. That original design tool was a lot easier to use. The T-shirt was large enough to work on in the workspace.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Thanks for the feedback Keith! We’re working on updating the launcher based on user feedback this week. More updates to come.

    2. Wade Firnhaber says:

+2 on your post. I agree with all 5.

  23. Tyreese says:

    Hello Kate!!!
First kudos to TEESPRING for being innovative!! I LOVE TEESPRING!!! Thank you for the update that is coming soon. When will it be available for the entire community? I have a design concern: Under the current format the T-Shirt Mock Up Model is PERFECT! It is large and our designs stand out!! The old version is more 3D looking. The printing area seems much larger than the new. Under the new design, the mock up seems flat and smaller. I am not receiving that same WOW FACTOR when uploading designs. Could we possibly make the new mock ups bigger so that when buyers come to our pages, the designs will POP off the shirts like they do now. One thing that inspired me to join Teespring was seeing how designs really stood out on the marketplace. My concern is that we will loose some of that magic. Thank you for adding the PROMO CODE too!! SOOOOO EXCITED for the launch!! GAME CHANGER!!!!

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Tyreese! We’re working to update the new mockups based on beta user feedback! Stay tuned! 🙂

      1. Tyreese says:

Thank you so much for that Kate!! Could you also add my other teespring account to the new format before the launch date? By the way, when is the release for everyone?

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Tyreese – I’ve added this email as well to beta request list. Full launch depends on beta testing progress. Right now we’re adding some new updates based on user feedback. There are several more updates we plan to add before full launch.

Wow, I hope it will be faster. Please give me early access Teespring new launcher.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

I’ve added your name to the request list – we’ll add you once we’ve fixed a bug we’ve discovered.

  28. AT says:

    Hey Guys,
    Thanks for the Update!
Do I have to have a minimum number of Sales to be a part of the Launcher?
Or can I just bat my eyelids and say Pretty Please? 🙂
    Thanks for your time.
    🙂

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey AT! I’ve added your name to the request list. We’re working on fixing a bug before adding new users. Should be a week or so. 🙂

  29. @IntrovertIN says:

When will this be rolled to my account? I’d like to seriously revamp my account/listings and need that badly…

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

I’ve added your name to beta request list – we’ll add you once we’ve addressed a bug we’re fixing.

  30. A. Berzane says:

    Hello Kate,
Please, submit my email for beta access.
    Thank you in advance.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Ok! We’re working to fix a bug now and then we’ll add more people. It maybe be a week or so.

  31. Melissa says:

I would love to have the new launcher, but I don’t know how..

  32. Richard Blanton says:

I am NOT a big fan of the new design tools..The old system was much more user friendly, and had a lot of more options..I will have to find another way to design what I sell..Very unhappy !!

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Richard – I’ve been collecting feedback from current users and we’ve got some improvements planned soon. Hold tight!

      1. Kevin says:

No clipart library? That was a super beneficial tool Teespring had…I don’t know if I’m missing something but I did not see where I could add or search for clipart…

      2. Chris S. says:

Hi! Very Agree with Richard. The new design has a lot of missings, comparing with the previous one. No clip art library, no possiblity anymore to set the proper currency for each campaign, poor design editing tools now. Not such user friendly anymore, and with not so much editing options as well. It is more like a downgrade now. 🙁

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Chris! Thanks for your feedback.

          1. We removed the clipart tool because designs created with clipart do not convert as well, especially in the boosted network
          2. You don’t need to set the currency ~ the currency automatically updates based on buyer location. You can customize prices for each region during launch process.
          3. I’m not sure which design editing tools you’re referring too–you can still resize, edit, etc. on the mockups.

I would like to add that the new flat mockups have PROVEN to increase conversion rates ~ we’ve already seen the rate increase by 10% compared to old mockups. Also, the new grey background was added for optimization within several of our integrated marketplaces in the boosted network.

We tested all of these changes and collected feedback from beta users before implementing the update. We have been able to add 8 new products to the launcher and we’ve got a couple more updates on the way that you guys are going to find very useful. 😉

          1. Emmanuel says:

I wish the transparent image button would be implemented again. That was very useful to me

  33. Emily says:

Why are some of these still in effect like the 15 product limit, and the goal?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Emily – because most people are still using the old launcher. We are working on opting in people to the new launcher beta little by little.

    2. Kunal Kadam says:

I’m having problems while listing, Its saying “You have reached daily limit, try after few hours” from like yesterday! Please help me over this.

      1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hello there, sorry to hear this! Please contact [email protected] and we can assist you further there.

  39. Jerry King says:

  52. Jonald says:

I like the features of the new launcher but i have some concerns.
    1. The t shirt mockups i think they are smaller than the old launcher.
    2. You cannot put the exact size of the image. With the old launcher you can just type the size and it will adjust automatically,
now its very difficult to adjust the size of the image you want.
    3. The printable image are smaller.
    4. When you duplicate your existing designs you have to upload the new image again.
My major concern here is if you can just please make the printable image bigger that would be fine.

    Thank you 🙂

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Jonald – Thanks for the feedback! Check out the latest blog post regarding mockups. 😉

  53. anna says:

Hi Team, I just received access to the new beta launcher, very exciting! However, when I want to duplicate something, I have to start from scratch… Also, I can’t access our library of images anymore. Will this be fixed? Thanks!

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Anna, we removed our library of images. Thanks!

  54. MIL says:

I’m not liking this. Can you take me off the beta trial please.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Mil, you can still choose to use the old launcher by clicking the “switch to classic launcher” arrow under the “choose your products” tab in the new launcher.

  55. Talha Jubaer says:

Hey, I really want to get access to the new launcher. You guys did a really good job. Now Sellers will get extra time on researching. Launching will take less time.

  56. Talha Jubaer says:

You Guys Did a Really Good Job. I really want to get access in the new launcher Please.

  57. Amp says:

When are we going to get YouTube integration. We meet all guidelines but it’s still not a feature that’s active on all eligible channels. Thanks.

  58. Donald says:

    Hi Katie,
    You guys are doing great.
‘‘Twas really easy creating products on this platform
, but somehow it feels difficult cos the clip art is out the text area is not that easy to navigate.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Donald, thanks for the feedback!

  59. Dana says:

Add me to the new launcher please?

  60. Sharon A. Gore says:

Hi, I haven’t been online for a few days and just logged into my Teespring account to find out that there has been an update or new launcher program. I must admit, it through me for a bit, but I am sure you will have tutorials on how to use the new version of Teespring, correct? Please update and inform me of the new process tutorials. I have enjoyed the old process for two months now and feel a little like a “fish out of water.” Thanks!

  61. Jennifer W. says:

The t-shirt display on the new launcher concerns me. The dotted red lines don’t look centered in the print area. Why is there more fabric on the right side in the photo? I’m concerned my art won’t be centered. I prefer the t-shirt old display. It was not a flat shirt and was much more centered.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Jennifer, thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that if your designs are in the designated area they will be centered. Thanks!

  62. Clint says:

Why can I not upload vector art anymore? It says jpg, png, etc. My .eps and .ai won’t even show up in the upload window. Let me know if I’m doing something wrong.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Clint! We recommend submitting PNGs, the launcher does not currently accept EPS file format. Learn more: https://community.teespring.com/training-center/design-file-tips-best-practices/

  63. mark says:

The part where we can contribute a percentage of the profit is missing. Could you add them back?
And could we still add a link to an outside site in the product’s description with this new launcher? I haven’t try it yet.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Mark, you can update [email protected] to add a charitable donation to your listing. And you can link to an outside site in your descriptions. Thanks!

  64. Rene DeTiege Jr says:

Thanks for more ways to increase sales, you guy’s ROCK! AWESOME

  65. silver_boy says:

New launcher is ok, because I can add unlimited number of colors. But.. mock up for the hoodies and t-shirts is just… It can not compare to the old one. The old one just looking more muscular, expensive (that’s work for me since 95% of my sales goes on mans hoodie & t-shirts)
There is big difference between old and new mock up for the pullover hoodie. That new one is appear to be much more wider. So the same design will cover only half front side, but on the old mock up will cover basically the whole front size. So what will customer get? If I go with the old launcher the whole front size will be printed? or only half (as appearing on the new mock up)
The reason why I decided to give my opinion is because I received message from the customer ( interested in hoodie with the new mock up) asking if
he can get the hoodie like the one I’m offering with the other (old mock up) designs.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey there! We’ve just updated the hoodie mockups based on seller feedback. Take a look! 🙂

      1. Gabriel Closer says:

Would love to run design with you, think it would do Great.

  66. saidani says:

    Hello Kate
    Can I join you?

  67. Gersh says:

Hi ,thank you for this awesome opportunity to design and create our own products.
Being a total newbie to this realm , I found myself lacking a lot of basic info.
I hope this will improve asap. One thing I really need to understand is how to change the fonts on my designs, as
i’m not provided with any alternatives other than the font that comes with the platform.Of course this is insufficient.
Please inform me how to access other fonts to be used immediately . Thanks again.
    Gersh

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Gersh, we are currently not planning on adding additional fonts to the Teespring Launcher. If you want to design in a new font, I would recommend using another design software and then uploading this as an image.

  68. Calvin Ciorba says:

I mostly like it, but I find myself using the original because the new one doesn’t the option to remove the background of my photo. It bothers me because I can only use one color since my photos aren’t clipart. If you could readd it that would be great.

  69. Christine Falango says:

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Jordan, not at this time.

  76. Richard Bowen says:

Why is it i keep getting emails for new products like today the all over tees but nothing new is in the launcher. do i have to sell 1,000,000 things before i can or what ?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Richard, as we expand production capacity, we will release more and more items into the Teespring launcher for everyone to use.

  77. Ederwin says:

    Merry Christmas

  78. JACOB wallace says:

    When are we getting hats?!!!!

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Jacob, hats are in the launcher!

  79. Johana Garcia says:

This is exciting, I have been using Teespring for awhile now and I am in love! However, recently I added more merch of the same design and it has been taking more than a couple hours to load and launch? Has anyone else has issues like this? If so, please let me know what I can do to make it go faster because it may just be my laptop?

    Thanks in advance!

  83. Mohammed Al Lami (Najemy store) says:

    1. Erica Bickel says:

      Thanks so much Mohammed!

  84. Saleem Williams says:

Has the old design launcher been discontinued?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hello Saleem, you can choose to use either the new or classic launcher. When opening the Teespring launcher, select the “switch the classic launcher” arrow on the top left of your screen.

  85. Ron M says:

So, are you all doing away with the classic version of the launcher.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Ron, you can still use the classic launcher if you like. When you open the Teespring launcher, be sure to click the “switch to classic launcher” arrow in the top left corner of your screen. Thanks!

  86. emma okeke says:

please how can i switch over to classic launcher ?, i love it because it make my design look great in listing, please someone should help me . thanks

    1. Erica Bickel says:

      Correct!

How do we get access to making hats and backpacks?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Jester, try boosting sales and improving your trust score to receive access.

  89. Tots-n-Tees says:

If I recieved the email that I unlocked all over print hoodies, where can i find them in the launcher. It still shows the regular and premium hoodies.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Drew, you’ll be able to see these items in the Teespring Launcher once you’ve unlocked them.

  90. Mahdi says:

    Heolm

  91. Marquise says:

    Can you make hoodies

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Marquise, yes, hoodies are in our launcher!

  92. Kristle says:

Hey I can’t find the classic launcher button. Did you guys do away with it? This new launcher IS NOT user friendly. It doesn’t allow me to center my words or add my own look to my designs. I do well with buying right then but now with trying to sell in my store.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Kristie, you can still access the classic launcher. When you open the Teespring Launcher, in the top left under “Choose your product” is an arrow that will take you to the classic launcher when clicked.

      1. James Bizallion says:

Me too…trying to create hats and all around shirts (pints on sleeves). where do we go to get this fixed?

        1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey James, you have to unlock our 20+ new product options before being able to sell hats, all-around prints, or sleeve prints.

  93. Lois says:

Hey, i liked the old designing…could you put me back on the old one by any chance???

    1. Erica Bickel says:

  94. Mitel Chakma says:

Hello!! The newly updated launcher is so disturbing. It does not work properly. It’s always stuck. Could you please put me back to the old launcher if possible?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Mitel, you can change back to the old launcher after launching the new Teespring launcher. In the top left corner of the screen underneath the “choose your products” setting is an arrow that reads “switch to the classic launcher.” Click this and you will be back to the old launcher.

  95. Jonas says:

    Lol

  96. Flo says:

hey teespring. How can I offer my products only on the european market? Is there an option?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Flo, there’s not a direct way to do this—however you could create EU fulfillment only products in order to achieve something similar.

  97. Jesse Ting says:

Absolutely frustrating trying to centre my design – due to some small text at the bottom of each design, the system centres the whole design instead of the key image. Also, movement skips a few instead of the incremental shift of image – what can I do – the alignment of the designs is always OFF CENTRED – ugh!!

Can i please be removed from the New Launcher.
I really prefer the old one.
    Thank you

    1. Erica Bickel says:

  104. Julia says:

    Hello,
Can I choose my own quality of cotton/blends and fit/size options?
    Thank you, Julia.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Julia, to create on Teespring, you’ll still need to choose from our available style options.

  105. bob barker says:

How do you save a draft on the new launcher?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Bob, there is no way to save your designs as drafts in the launcher.

  106. Alamin says:

    Pick me

  107. Nicole Riley says:

How do you get added to the Beta list?

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Nicole, the “new” launcher is now live. 🙂

  108. Alexa says:

    I like the merch

  109. Michael Taylor says:

Hi, I have ordered many items from you before so thanks v much for that! If I ordered A Black Medium “There are no ex soldiers t shirt”, would it be possible to have something extra printed on the front please?
    Kindest Regards
    Mr M Taylor

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Michael, this depends on the individual seller’s wishes. As of right now, it is probably highly unlikely that additional text could be printed at the front.

  110. Desiree Chambers says:

Ok so i am having a few issues on my computer as far as uploading my featured Artists , photos of their art. When it uploads it is teeny tiny on the product. I did download an editor however i have only managed to resize two separate photos to have them load correctly onto the mock up. What else can i do? And while on my phones browser i will try to create something and go to input text. The problem is either i am able to choose font, color etc but am unable to write in the box what i intend those choices for bc as soon as you click the box for text it disappears! Or it WILL let me type in my text but it’s invisible. I would love to try the launcher and i think an APP would be amazing

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey! The launcher works best on desktop. Are the designs you’re uploading high res? Here are more design formatting tips: https://community.teespring.com/training-center/design-file-tips-best-practices/

  111. Antonietta says:

How do I change a list price after the listing is launched?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Anoietta! Soon users will be able to edit their listings directly, but for now you can request the change from [email protected]

  112. Pamela says:

Hey everyone! Can someone tell me why I cannot add text to the textbox in the mock-up? I was successful with four designs, but now every time I try to type into the text box on a sweatshirt, for example, the text box shrinks down and will not show what I type. I have tried Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Duckduckgo, Brave, etc thinking it could be that, but it doesn’t matter. I am getting very frustrated! Thanks!

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hi Pamela, sorry you’re having some issues! Please email [email protected] for help with this!

  113. Prince says:

How can I upload my already made designs to teespring?

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hello! You can do this in the Teespring Launcher. If you need some tips on how to do this, please see this from our training center https://community.teespring.com/training-center/design-file-tips-best-practices/

  114. Haryati says:

Hi, I want to ask. Every time I start designing after I setting styles and prices, when I click “Continue”, why I never direct to set goals page? it’s direct me to description page.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hello! There are no longer ‘goals’ associated with listings. You only have to sell 1 item for the orders to go to print. 🙂

  115. CJ Shepard says:

WTH??!!!???? I am new to Teespring. I have been trying for hours and I am getting beyond frustrated. Uploading a design is no problem. And then nothing. I have repeatedly been getting stuck on “add more products.” The browser page simply stops responding. On Chrome and Opera. Please don’t tell me that it works best with any Microsoft browser – I refuse to use any of them. I have not seen any option for “classic” launcher anywhere. From my research, Teespring is supposed to be the best platform but so far, I have no way of knowing since I can’t even get my first design out there.

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hey, have you tried emailing [email protected] for assistance?

  116. crinkxy says:

hey, can i make a sale world wide.?

    1. Lucy Ford says:

      Hey, yes you can!

  117. Tanveer says:

    Hi there,
In point no.8 where you mentioned two shirts with a pizza graphics on it. How can i add the first design (his) in my Teespring Launcher? Because its not available there.

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hi Tanveer, you’ll need to create your own design to begin selling products on Teespring!

  118. Daniel says:

Please introduce again the 3D mock up design. The flat mock up are not marketable and are straight up ugly. You said it sells better, but on your first page gallery almost all the tees are in the 3D mock up. Give the people the choise to choose between diffrent styles of mock up

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hey Daniel, thanks for the feedback. I will certainly pass this onto the team.

  119. Som Nath Das says:

we have started selling on teespring from 2 months but no profit till now also we have design 42 t-shirt and promoting it on facebook and twitter but no response for sell what to do ?
in lot`s of facebook group we have send in many groups but no sell. we are frustrated because of no sell we need your help how to promote our design if you will help me to know what to do it will a lot for me
if it is possible to some one assist me it will be better.

    1. Lucy Ford says:

Hey there, it is important that your designs resonate with the audience you are trying to target. This is the best way to increase your sales. For more info about creating meaningful designs and building up your audience, click here

  120. Carlos Mejia says:

Hi Teespring! I´m a new seller from El Salvador, recently started about 2 weeks. I just want to confirm if only U.S and Europe apply to delivery merch? Or can be El Salvador, Guatemala and more countries from Central America?
SOME PEOPLE FROM EL SALVADOR ASKED ME IF THEY CAN SHOP TO DELIVER HERE.
    Thank you

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hey there, we deliver to El Salvador, correct!

  121. VybezClothing says:

I can’t find some of my Creation’s in my store front anymore?
    Where can I find them?

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hello there! Are you able to see them in the listings section of your dashboard? Check their visibility settings and set them to public. If they’re still not on your storefront then please reach out to [email protected] and we can certainly assist you further there.

  122. DRG says:

Awful. Can’t mark if you don’t want to sell to a certain location. Editing the size of an image is near impossible. There is no marker to truly center the design. You can’t see the actual shirt style description before setting up a design. You can’t add an item to a design once you click done. It’s so very frustrating.

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hey, really sorry to see you’ve been experiencing a few issues! Please contact [email protected] and leave your feedback–perhaps we can help you here with some parts of the launcher you’ve been struggling with.

  123. Robin says:

It Says in the article no more launching limits. However, i keep getting a notice that tells me to come back in a few hours. That was 12 hours ago and still i can’t make anything.

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hello Robin, are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please flag the issue with [email protected] and we can identify the issue much quicker.

  124. Gritty Pines says:

I’ve noticed a large difference in preview quality between the old designer and the new designer. The new designer (on flat shirts) looks very pixelated when zooming in and gives a poor appearance to the shirt design. The old designer (on 3D shirts) looks crisp even on zooming in. I don’t understand why there would be a switch to lesser quality previews in the new designer. Please let us choose the preview style in the new designer! I want my shirts and designs to look great on the web too!

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hey there! If the launcher says ‘great’ this means your design file has a high DPI, which usually indicates the print quality will also be good. The main thing is to ensure your design image is of sufficient size and sharpness. One way to test this is to open the file on your computer screen to about the size you want want it printed and see if it looks blurry or pixelated. As long as your mock up is not pixelated when it appears on your storefront, you should be fine.

  125. SINDBAD says:

Hello . I have a problem receiving my payments, I don’t know if Teesepring really sent my payments to PayPal and how to verify that, because I checked in PayPal and didn’t find my payment or any acknowledgment of receipt

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Hi! Has your campaign ended yet, and have orders been despatched? If so, please keep in mind that payouts can take up to 7 days to be processed. If you still haven’t seen an update, then please reach out to [email protected] and we can certainly help you with what is going wrong there!
