Maximize your sales with Teespring this St. Patrick’s day!

St. Patrick’s Day (also known as St. Paddy’s Day – not to be confused with “Patty“!) will be celebrated this year on Friday, March 17th. Teespring Creators can capitalize on this popular holiday right away by following our tips below.

Make your products easy to find

Optimize your products for the Boosted Network through your campaign title and description; make sure to incorporate related keywords like “St. Patrick’s Day”, “Irish”, “St. Paddy’s Day”, “Leprechaun”, etc. Create a store for each niche and collect your St. Patrick’s Day designs in one place—this way all niche related designs will be recommended to buyers through cross-selling. You can also submit your campaigns and stores to be featured on the homepage and in buyer marketing campaigns— click the button below to learn more.

St. Patrick’s Day delivery – ensure your buyers get their order on time!

You’ll want to make sure your buyers receive their products in time for the big day, so make sure to schedule your campaigns to end by the following dates and plan to relaunch them. End your campaigns on the standard shipping cutoff dates so buyers can take advantage of cheap shipping rates and still get their order in time.

Once we’ve passed the standard shipping cutoff dates, buyers can still receive their products in time for St. Patrick’s Day with rush shipping. Remember, with rush shipping you don’t have to end a campaign by a certain date—but buyers will need to place their order and select rush shipping by the following dates to receive their item by March 17th.

Make sure your buyers understand the cutoff dates—we recommend adding the following note in your St. Patrick’s Day campaign descriptions.

US campaigns: Want this product in time for St. Patrick’s Day? Standard delivery within the U.S. is available until March 6th. Afterwards, please see Rush Shipping options—available until March 12th for delivery within the U.S. For international buyers standard delivery is available until February 27th.

EU campaigns: Want this product in time for St. Patrick’s Day? Standard delivery is available until February 28th within the U.K. and February 23rd within the E.U. Afterwards, please see Rush Shipping options—available until March 14th for U.K. delivery and March 12th for E.U. delivery.

Tap into global audiences

St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated around the world—some of the largest celebrations take place in Ireland and the USA—but they’re not the only countries getting in on the action! Australia, England, Belgium, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Germany, Japan and even Argentina have notable events to celebrate this special day. Remember, one of Teespring’s Loyal(tee) perks is free translation services for sellers interested in targeting global markets.

It’s good to be green

Green is the most popular color associated with St. Paddy’s Day—in some countries if you’re not wearing the color green on March 17th people can pinch you! The most popular St. Patrick’s Day design themes revolve around Irish surnames (O’malley for example), drinking beer, luck, leprechauns, etc. The more creative you can be the better! Buyers want designs they’ve never seen before—so think outside the box. Consider the niches you currently sell to and brainstorm ways you can incorporate a St. Paddy’s Day theme into your top selling designs. Click here for an idea of what other sellers have submitted.
