Teespring prides itself on being the industry leader when it comes to protecting the rights and creativity of our sellers. We have taken many steps over the years to ensure that your design is protected when launched on our platform. From hiring a devoted Trust and Safety team to implementing best-in-class image detection software, we strive to provide the easiest ways for you to report content and have your request handled quickly and fairly.
However, we have noticed that our Priority Policy is not the simplest policy for our community. In an effort to improve our handling of your requests and to provide better clarity into our policies and processes, we have decided to do away with the Priority Policy and rely on the standard IP process.
We feel that the legal process is the clearest way for you to enforce your rights and protect your content.
If your have a trademark or copyright registration number for your work, you can submit that information as part of your claim. If you have not yet registered your designs, but your designs are creative and rise to the level of being copyrightable, you are also able to file a claim.
We will continue to fight copycats through technology by working with industry leaders. Our legal policies have not changed and we will continue to respond to all claims as quickly as possible.

Hi Paul, we love to see the creativity in design but using a persons image or likeness without their permission is against our terms of service.
