Before you can choose the order your products appear below your YouTube videos, you need to ensure your YouTube account is connected to your Teespring account. To do this, head to your Teespring Account Dashboard and choose the ‘Integrations’ Tab on the sidebar.
From here you can see if your YouTube link status is ‘active’.
This is how your ‘Integrations’ tab should appear if your YouTube account is linked correctly
Once activated, you can choose your top four products to display first on your shelf!
Simply search for your listing by title and choose the corresponding product you would like featured.
You can also display several products from the same listing as your ‘top four products’. So if you have a brand new listing with several product types, you can show off your favourite products all with the same design.
How long will it take until my merch selection appears?
It can take up to 24 hours to reflect the changes made.
Do I have to use this tool?
We created the tool after hearing feedback that some creators wanted more control over which products are displayed on the shelf at a given time. You are not obligated to use this tool and if you choose not to, designs will be ordered based on sales, with the most popular designs being displayed first. However, we’ll prioritize designs launched in the previous 10 days over older designs.
Why can’t I select certain products?
Ensure that the products you would like to display on your YouTube merchshelf are set as public and not private. You can check this by heading to the individual product settings on your product dashboard.
It’s been 24 hours and I still don’t see the products I selected?
Content displayed through the Teespring merchandise shelf on YouTube is restricted to YouTube terms, including Community Guidelines, Paid Product Policy, and Prohibited Content Policies, which may result in your products not displayed.
