How to Create Die Cut Stickers
1) Upload design
Head to the Teespring Launcher and click on the “Die Cut Sticker” icon. Next upload your design. We recommend using high quality PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background. Keep in mind we’ll add a ⅛” white border around the design, so we don’t recommend using white design elements without a colored outline.

Stickers can be up to 5”x5” in size. You can adjust your sticker size in the launcher and see the exact dimensions as you edit. Switch to the “preview” tab to see what it will look like when printed.

YES!! Cant wait!
This is what I’ve been needing.
Thit is awesome! so excited!
Wow cant wait for that moment. I think this will be my first sale!! Haha
Awesome! Is the material safe to put on a car without washing off?
Hey Josue, this product was not designed for use on cars. However, some buyers have used it for this purpose!
Estoy interesado en imprimir camisetas que ayuden a evangelizar, presentándome como un predicador católico dejando el mensaje impreso con su cita bíblica.
Great, that’s exactly what i need
Thanks
The “All objects placed on the launcher will be combined into one sticker” feature is really a crux. I am trying to design a sticker that should result into various stickers, however, with this feature they are not individual stickers but an interconnected single sticker (redbubble handles this way better). The user interface to input my design and edit it is fabulous, but this systematic feature is not dynamic enough to be useful in all situations.
Best regards,
Jacky
Hey Jacky, thanks for your feedback. I’ll pass this along to the team for future reference.
Why can’t I relaunch my sticker?
Hi Bryan, please e-mail [email protected] for support!
For some reason, every time I try to make a sticker, the “preview” option freezes my browser and is stuck loading indefinetely. Is there a solution to this? I cant preview any designs so its hard for me to determine the look of a sticker until finalizing it 🙁
Hey Anni, I can confirm everything is working on our end. Try changing your browser for the best results!
Do you only get one sticker? Or is this a pack?
Hey Ayesha, die-cut stickers are sold individually.
Is the preview exactly what the sticker will be? the outline around my sticker was a little funky looking (random white lines coming off of it, blocky white parts) Do you guys fix it if the cut is weird?
Hey Hailey, this sounds like an error with the mockup – please email [email protected] for assistance
“All objects placed on the launcher will be combined into one sticker”
This is a huge limitation. I’d like to make a sticker sheet with multiple stickers and this is not currently possible. For example, Redbubble allows this.
Hi Linfamy, appreciate for the feedback—we take all suggestions on board! Any limitations such as this are due to production and processing capabilities, which we are always working to expand.
