As the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we’re making temporary changes to our services and operations to keep production going uninterrupted. Site traffic is the highest it’s ever been and we’re seeing sales volumes similar to peak season (November and December). We’ve got all hands on deck to maintain optimum site performance and order processing during this time, and we’ve got a plan in place to support your business and sales as growth continues in the coming weeks.

Full production capacity resumes
We’ve been able to regain normal production capacity while adhering to new safety measures and guidelines. This means new orders are being delivered on time and we’re no longer routing some orders to different regions for printing and fulfillment.
Assisting your customers
While all new orders are being produced and shipped on time, there are some orders that experienced delivery delays during COVID-19 lockdowns. We have contacted customers who were impacted by delays and are working to find a suitable solution for them. If you have any buyers who need assistance or have questions regarding their order, please send them to our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note due to the influx of inbound queries our seller and buyer support teams are experiencing longer-than-normal response times. We’ve hired new support agents and are working to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. We hope to return to our 24 – 48 business hour response time in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Making safety a priority
We will continue encouraging employees to work from home for the time being. While remote, our support teams are online in full force; if you have questions or need assistance with your products or listings please reach out to email@example.com.
Thank you for your continued trust in Teespring. Our goal is to support your online business while ensuring the health and safety of our team, users, and customers. Please stay safe and take care!
