Make sure to download the Google Authenticator app (available for both iOS and Android devices)—the app is necessary to set up two-factor authentication.
Please read through the entire presentation before activating two-factor authentication; if you skip step 3 you’ll lock yourself out of your account. If you get locked out of your account you can contact [email protected] for assistance.

I don’t know if this will help, but if you linked your account to you tube etc, (options are on the right side of the log in page), you can try getting in from there and then go directly to your settings an un-check the two-factor authentication. I tried going through the email at [email protected] and just got the same generic messages with them asking for account info to help me and then just disappearing. I didn’t hear from them again except for them to repeat what they already asked even after I sent information to confirm it was me. It is the worst customer service because it literally takes one minute to unlock an account after getting information validated. Anyway, maybe this is an option to help some of you.

I keep getting this message as well. It looks like there’s an issue with the two factor Authenticator. A way to bypass it is to log in via your social media account like Facebook or Google.
That’s how I’ve been getting round the issue.

I installed Google Authenticator app, when I run scan barcode, there’s no action happened, and the app can’t focus that given barecode!!!
So, I went to my Google Account Settings then I activate ‘2-Step Verification’. I proceeded all the steps till the end, i got some codes from Google Authenticator app, When I use those generated codes to login to my Teespring account, nothing is happen!

Under Settings, there is an option for two factor authentication. It doesn’t tell you anything about it, or how to set it up THERE. I checked the box, thinking it was a good idea. I left settings logged out, and the next time I tried to sign in, I couldn’t because it asked for a token! There should be something telling you how to do this right there where you check the box .There are probably a lot of people like me who check the box without clicking on the “learn how” link. If I knew how complicated it was, I wouldn’t have checked the box.

It keeps asking me for a two factor authentifcation number to sign in! I’ve been locked out of my account for over two weeks because of this! This is ridiculous! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ALREADY!!!!

What social media? Like so many others, I’ve been locked out because of this whole two-factor authentication mess. I’ve generally dislike using it because it almost always causes more headaches than it solves, but thought that maybe the bugs would have been worked out by now.
I scanned the QR code with the Authenticator app and the Authenticator app came up with a code for “Teespring ([email protected]). I entered it along with my email address/password, checked the irritating Captcha box and tried to login. No luck. Been locked out three times so far. I even tried changing my password, to make sure I had it right.
This is very irritating because I just finished up 4 t-shirt designs and was trying to get them listed for sale.
AS IT IS, I’M LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH THREE NEW T-SHIRTS WAITING TO GO UP! And another 4-5 to come in the next couple weeks. UGH!
On a separate note, while trying to list two designs I tried including the new “dog hoodie” and then the listing wouldn’t complete (when I clicked the “Continue” button on the Design page), saying there was an error generating the preview image for one of my listings. Listings that I did not have the dog hoodie on, generated ok. I tried generating a dummy listing and when configuring the dog hoodie, it actually said it couldn’t generate one of the views of the dog hoodie (in the upper left corner of the design page). This needs to get fixed ASAP!
I would have just deleted it to add it later, buy y’all haven’t included the ability to delete one of the many options for the new listing (i.e. delete only the “dog hoodie” and not the other items).

I messed up with setting up an account twice and now with a new account I cannot link my Paypal as it is associated with the older account.
I am going back and forth with emails but it is just not getting sorted. Tee-spring have re-enabled the older account so that I can set a different email for Paypal (to break the link) so that I can link Paypal with my new account. But I cannot login to my older account, it says it’s locked and now ‘retry later’ has appeared on screen?
What do I do now?

2. I tested the app with another 4 websites and my tokens are working in all except for Teespring.

I have opened an account, designed my first design, second design, opened a storefront, added my PayPal and my Payoneer accounts, AND at last ticked that 2FA !!!! And voila… I am out of my account for good!!
After a bit of search, I learned that I have to ask for help to [email protected] and [email protected] and just sent them for help only to receive that I have to wait because of COVID-19 situ. Great! and I am waiting… for how long ? don’t know yet!! But patiently waiting…
Then I found this thread of replies… Mind you that I have been here and seen the slides above before any email was sent out by me! but didn’t read anything much here.
FYI, I did exactly as the slides said. Especially like slide #6, and then following slide #7, I am out. !!!!!!!!!

I think I have written here before but can’t locate it now. So here is my 2 cents added to the problem again:
I have 1)opened the account all right, 2)created my first & second lists too, 3)created my storefront, 4)created a 3rd list but kept it hidden,5)added/linked the paypal & payoneer accounts, 6) did all the prerequisites for 2FA and ticked to start 2FA, and 7)logged out to get back in to check the Authentication.
And like many others got stayed out for good. Tried to find many helps without any luck! written to support, sellers and [email protected]. After some days got the reply to send them the followings:

First listing URL
First payout amount (if applicable)
Payout method and email (if PayPal)
Date account created

So I sent them the infos, but heard nothing till now.
Hope I get something soon.

Yeah. They did contact me from the support the day before yesterday giving me green thumb to get in without the 2FA. and I did. But unfortunately, even though I could get in all right, when I was out I couldn’t get back in. It locked me out again. So I told them in reply that the site locked me out again!
It appears that they unlocked me again last night and I am back in again. and working at the site. Only thing is I am not logging myself out now. I’ll see how long I can stay in. And I am just uploading my designs and doing the regular stuff for the storefront as much as I can.
I’ll share later hopefully if any new updates come-in or happens.

Hello, I want to repport my issue Case Number 02441529, I have solve the issue. The issue was about 2 factor auth.
For those who cant login, you could accsess settings>Time correction..>>sync now from google auth apps and re-enter 2 factor auth code again.

Hello everyone. Hello Teespring Team. I have read all … seems is a big issue here. I have been registered on 20.11.20… so on next day i cant log in anymore. I tried everything from my side also reset PW. It took me week to get an answer they cant find me. So , i decide I wont account anymore if its something wrong with it. Yesterday, 30.11.20 I have created anew acc today(next day) is the same i just cant log in… Dear teem if its just about google authentic code that we cant log in anymore we have to do something about it. On page as a new members we have so many things to make ready , that perhaps, we don’t have anymore in the mind to make authentic code active Personally i was fallowing step by step instructions, but some things i wanted to make for the next day. To create an account it took me all day and as we know its not just this there are many things we need fallow and make.. its a sadness that i spend so much time on creating my page and again i cant log in anymore for making an updates on it , finish the page and work on next missing steps.
