A more secure Teespring: Two-factor authentication

We’re creating a more secure Teespring for everyone! We take your safety and security very seriously. A lot of work goes in behind the scenes to help keep you and your business safe. Today, we’re unveiling an update you can use to add an extra layer of security: two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator. Make sure to download the Google Authenticator app (available for both iOS and Android devices)—the app is necessary to set up two-factor authentication. 

Please read through the entire presentation before activating two-factor authentication; if you skip step 3 you’ll lock yourself out of your account. If you get locked out of your account you can contact campaigns@teespring.com for assistance.

      Hey Vijaya – if you’re having issues with two-factor please contact campaigns@teespring.com. If you’re unable to set it up they can deactivate it for you, but for faster payouts and such it’s good to have it set up!

      Hey Sohag – if you’re having trouble activating two-factor authentication you can reach out to campaigns@teespring.com. You need the Google Authenticator app in order to get the token.

    I use the app Authy for all of my two-factor authentications. Can Authy be used or will this only work with the Google App?

      Please see this section to learn how Teespring works. When you sell at least 1 product the profit should appear in your Teespring analytics. Then you can request payout. If you need further assistance please contact campaigns@teespring.com

    I lost my old phone …. and I cleared my cache today. Now I’m logged out of Teespring. So this means i can’t get back in my account and i don’t have the code. I message you guys with the email you told us to email. Now what? This is frustrating because there should be things in place for this kind of common situation.

    When setting up a new design a TS message said i need to finish setting up my account to get paid. First there was no instruction as to what is missing, second I tried to entering my contact info, that didn’t work. I’m stumped and was hoping to get this launched today. HELP!

    I followed all the instructions in this guide here to the end. Only step 3 I didn’t understand it well!
    I installed Google Authenticator app, when I run scan barcode, there’s no action happened, and the app can’t focus that given barecode!!!
    So, I went to my Google Account Settings then I activate ‘2-Step Verification’. I proceeded all the steps till the end, i got some codes from Google Authenticator app, When I use those generated codes to login to my Teespring account, nothing is happen!
    I have no idea how this process works? How I can autenticate my Teespring account successfully?
    And first of all, can I get back my account, because I’m new! 🙂
    I want help please!
