A more secure Teespring: Two-factor authentication

We’re creating a more secure Teespring for everyone! We take your safety and security very seriously. A lot of work goes in behind the scenes to help keep you and your business safe. Today, we’re unveiling an update you can use to add an extra layer of security: two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator. Make sure to download the Google Authenticator app (available for both iOS and Android devices)—the app is necessary to set up two-factor authentication.

      Hey Walter – just had a look at your account. I’d reach out to campaigns@teespring.com for more assistance on this. Also, we recommend setting your campaign target as low as possible (so that your campaign will become successful faster).

    then i cant login because dont have token

      Contact campaigns@teespring.com – ask them to de-activate 2 factor authentication so you can log back in.

    i am having issues logging in, its two factor authentication probably to which i dont have the code. How do i access my account?
    Also, please reply to my earlier mail having queries regarding a newly launched campaign.

      Hey Vijaya – if you’re having issues with two-factor please contact campaigns@teespring.com. If you’re unable to set it up they can deactivate it for you, but for faster payouts and such it’s good to have it set up!

      Hey Sohag – if you’re having trouble activating two-factor authentication you can reach out to campaigns@teespring.com. You need the Google Authenticator app in order to get the token.

    I use the app Authy for all of my two-factor authentications. Can Authy be used or will this only work with the Google App?

      I think you’ll need to use Google app in this case.
