3 reasons to launch “always available” campaigns with Teespring

You can relax knowing your products are always available to buyers.

One of our main goals in 2017 is to optimize Teespring for our Creators. This means adding new features and products to help you build your brand and expand your ecommerce business. The addition of the new “always available” feature makes it more convenient than ever to create evergreen campaigns during the launch process.

Need more reasons to set your campaigns to always available? Check out our top 3 reasons to make the switch below:

1. Faster order fulfillment = more repeat shoppers

The goal of launching “Always Available” campaigns is to get your customers’ purchases to their mailboxes more quickly than ever. That’s because we know for a fact that the faster an order arrives, the more satisfied buyers are with their shopping experience—and the more likely they’re going to become repeat shoppers.

In fact, buyers who receive their order within 2 to 10 business days from Teespring are 60% more likely to become repeat shoppers within 30 days. Buyers who receive their orders within 10 to 20 business are 25% more likely to become repeat shoppers within the following 30 days.

We also know over 75% of Teespring buyers said they were very likely to recommend Teespring products to a friend or colleague—imagine how many more will recommend your products with our faster delivery timelines!

2. Automatically extend campaigns until they tip

Automatic campaign extension is available on all campaigns that are set to “always available” or “continuous relaunch”. This means that campaigns will auto extend indefinitely until a sale is made. At that point, the campaign will end and automatically relaunch. Live campaigns lead to more sales because buyers can find your products on Teespring and purchase them right away without having to wait or request a relaunch.

3. Build your ecommerce business with evergreen campaigns

In simple terms, “always available” means that your products will always appear live (i.e. evergreen). Always available campaigns are extra important for Teespring Store owners who want their shoppers to have access to all of their designs, all of the time.

What are you waiting for?

You can start taking advantage of this new feature ASAP. Keep in mind this update will not impact existing or live campaigns. If your campaigns are set to shorter or longer lifecycles that’s okay! We’re just encouraging people to use this setting when launching new campaigns.

Remember, you can select the “always available” option as shown below in Step 3 of campaign setup.

If you want to update the length and duration of current campaigns just go to their settings section in your Teespring Dashboard. In the “Lifecycle” section of the campaign select “Continuous relaunch” and make sure to choose the 3 day duration.

NOTE: Campaigns will not end on Fridays or Saturdays. Even if your campaign end date is extended (to avoid ending on the weekend) your buyers’ orders will still arrive within the correct time frame.

Thanks. I’ve read this, but as I said, my campaign length drop down list does NOT have the “continuous” item to select

  2. Hannah says:

I’m having the same problem with not having the option for “continuous re-launch”. I’m trying to set the minimum print target set to 1, but it won’t let me have anything under 3. Is there something in my shirt setting that is preventing me from doing so? Thanks.

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey there – we offer 3 day print cycles. Please select this option.

      1. j says:

No, how do you set the minimum print target to under 3?

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

There’s no longer a minimum of 3 🙂 so all you need to do is sell 1 product.

          1. Michael says:

That’s great news to hear about the “sell 1 product” only. Thanks..

    2. Sky Tingle says:

It depends on the quality of the file…it needs to be 120 DPI or above.

  3. Jenny says:

Question – I launched a campaign- when I went to search it in Teespring market place I couldn’t find my shirt.
Have I done some thing incorrect in the set up?
Also saw a button saying private campaign – should this be highlighted on or off?
    Thank you

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

      Hey Jenny,

      1. Make sure you are opted-in to Teespring Marketing.
      2. Make sure you have optimized your listing.
      3. Keep in mind there are other factors that influence product ranking like sales history and additional tags assigned by our staff. Also – if a buyer searches for specific keywords/phrases that are featured in your campaign title/description this would improve the rank as well.

      1. Cindy says:

Hi Kate, I have a similar question as Jenny. I uploaded some campaigns this morning for baby onesies with “La Mesa” and the zip codes “91941” and “91942”. When I search in Kids & Baby apparel in the Teespring search engine I don’t see my listings. Does it take a certain amount of time to work into the search engine results? PS: I have opted in to Teespring Marketing in my settings, and my titles, descriptions and campaign tags all have these keywords in them. Thanks for your help!

        1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Cindy! Marketplace search results are now ranked based on an algorithm combining buyer search terms, listing keywords, sales history, and seller trust scores. To increase your ranking in search results we recommend optimizing listings, driving sales, and complying with our design policies. Learn more about trust scores here.

  4. Jenny says:

    Hello
Just read another comment- what happens in your campaign life – and you sell no shirts? – is there a cost to you?
    Cheers

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Jenny! No there is no cost associated with selling on Teespring.

  5. Sandesh says:

Hey there if I sell products and my campaign is 1000 goal and I sell 100 that means I don’t get any money is that true …..

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Sandesh – no, you just need to sell 1 item. The profit calculator (goal) shows you how much profit you could make.

  6. Oussama Allam says:

If I sell 100 products a week on my campaign and the campaign it always active will the 100 order get shipped in this week or I should wait until I ended the campaign ? ” I wanna promote campaign and sell a lot of products in week 1 and I want to the orders made in week 1 be shipped ( not until I make end campaign) to my customers receive their order fast ) is it possible ?

    1. Kate Shoaf says:

Hey Oussama – with ‘always available’ listings the print cycle begin every three days, this ensure buyers receive their products in a timely manner.

  7. ali says:

hello I did not understand I saw my compaign printing soon what is it

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Ali, that means that your designs will go into production shortly if someone has ordered something.

  8. Lovely Akter says:

when a seller will get paid in always available option

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Riyan, when you get paid is up to you! Once you’ve made a sale, you can request a payout.

  9. Ken Jackson says:

I just created a bunch of listings and then within an hour all of them ended on their own and I had to manually ‘Relaunch’ them individually.
How do I make sure they are always available. I see no settings in any Settings area that show any features related to what this article depicts.

Btw, the user experience so far is horrific! Can’t delete listings, can’t edit listings after being published. Needs A LOT of help!

Please advise how I can keep my listings active.

    1. Erica Bickel says:

Hey Ken, I’m sorry to hear this. We’ve updated our listings so that they’ll always be available and no longer have campaign cycles. You can also delete listings at any time. Please e-mail [email protected] for personalized support on this. Thanks!

  10. Michelle says:

Hi, I sold 2 different items and after they were printed I can’t find the product anymore. And I realized the campaign “ended”. Does that mean i have to “relaunch” every single product after i had a sale?

    1. Luiza Jordan says:

Once your listing ends on the scheduled date the print cycle will not restart (buyers will not be able to place orders once it ends) so you must manually relaunch the listing if you want the products to be available again.
